We are very proud of our 5th. graders who presented their project "St. Grego´s Chocolate Factory" at the ESSARP Science Fair 2017 and received prizes for "Originilaty and Creativity" and "Practical Application of the Project".
The objective of the project was to design an experiment to prove that students were able to differentiate white, milk and dark chocolate through their senses of smell and taste. They also investigated about the cacao plant, the history and origin of chocolate and the smell and taste senses. The outcome of this project was the design of innovative chocolates and wrappings for the brand new Grego´s Chocolate Factory.
Congratulations to all the children in Y5 for their enthusiasm, hard work and knowledge of the topic, and especially to the presenters at the fair: Valentina Argarate Mena, Lisa Benedict, Ana Zaltz, Joaquín Fried, Ian Castellucio, Marcos Darritchon Zarate, Leila Mena and Ana Pitlevnik.
